Objectif Libre continues its growth and opens a subsidiary in Stockholm, Sweden.
This opening is the first step out of France, with the ambition to cover the different timezones to provide a “follow the sun” support service end of 2019. The goal is at the same time to serve the local subsidiaries of their French customers and to get new international customers.
One consultant has been in Stockholm for several months, and a second employee will join him in June. The recruitment of a sales representative to develop the local business is ongoing – see job description.
Objectif Libre wishes to offer in Sweden and in the Nordic countries the same range of services as in France: consulting, training and infrastructure system support, with a special focus on Kubernetes and OpenStack.
A first OpenStack project has already started with a local partner, for an electronic trading company. Training sessions on Ansible, OpenStack and Kubernetes are also planned in Objectif Libre premises, starting in May – see the planning.
Gauvain Pocentek is the pioneer consultant for Objectif Libre in Sweden.
“Objectif Libre is all about investigating new and challenging subjects, gaining and sharing knowledge, and widening the communities we work with, says Gauvain Pocentek. It has been mostly a technical adventure on my side so far, and I’m thrilled to be part of the beginning of a new kind of development for the company.”
Christophe Sauthier, CEO and Founder of Objectif Libre, completes :
“We are really excited to start that new adventure. We are going to Stockholm with the same principles we have developed in the company for several years in France, in Toulouse and Paris: a human-centric state-of-mind, a strong expertise on Cloud and Containers technologies coupled with a passion for Open Source. Stockholm is the ideal location for addressing the Nordics countries, and the quality of life there is really amazing.”
